    Hello, I contacted the Xbox Live support earlier. They told me to Post this here. So im requesting to unbann my long lost Xbox Live Account "iHooder". A year ago my computer got Rattet (hacked, infected) and stole most of my account details he took the account
    used it for a while, I tryed to get it back but i could not. But now I got the account details back ( a friend of mine helped me to solve this out ) but i cannot donwload my profile back. It says my account has been banned for violation of the therms of use,
    i never did anything agaisnt the therms of use. so i wonder if my account can be unbanned.
