Xbox Live Gamertag / Profilname kann nicht geändert werden [Mod Translation-Xbox Live...

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe gestern Abend die Halo Master Chief Collection über Steam spielen wollen und musste mich mit einem Microsoft-Konto anmelden (Was an sich schon typisch Microsoft und wirklich armselig ist), leider hat man meinen Wunsch-Benutzernamen dann anscheinend
komplett verworfen und mir einfach einen ramdon-Benutzernamen auf's Auge gedrückt, den ich so niemals haben wollte / eingegeben habe... (Auch das ist extrem peinlich für Microsoft)

Jedenfalls bin ich dann auf die Website von Xbox Live, habe mich dort angemeldet und wollte dort meinen profilnamen ändern, dort wird mir aber selbst jetzt noch angezeigt, dass der Dienst zur zeit nicht zur Verfügung steht.

Supportmöglichkeiten:

Telefon zur Zeit nicht verfügbar obwohl innerhalb der Servicezeiten.

Live-Chat startet zwar aber es tut sich Nichts.

Bleibt mir also nur noch das Forum...

Was für ein grottenschlechter Support!

Jedenfalls erhoffe ich mir jetzt Hilfe seitens der Community, da Microsoft offenbar nicht in deer Lage ist selbst einfachste Abläufe reibungslos über die Bühne zu kriegen... sehr schwach!

P.S.: Nicht zeitgemäß! Wenn man ein Spiel schon über Steam veröffentlicht, dann macht man sowas auch über den Steam Account. Ging doch bei AoE II DE auch?! Ich wünsche Microsoft, dass die alle Ihre Spiele-Lizenzen verlieren und dass Xbox und Co. von Einem aufgekauft
werden, der versteht, was er da macht!

Went with AoE II DE too ?! I wish Microsoft that they lose all their games licenses and that Xbox and Co. are bought by one who understands what he's doing!
