    Xbox Live - Gamertag online status checker?


    We have a website created for our own Overwatch Xbox One League and now have close to 100 members on the roster.

    What I'm looking for is a way to check the status online, of the Xbox Gamertags associated with each member and link to the website to display whether or not they are currently online and what they are doing (Netflix, Overwatch, Twitch, etc...)

    The only way I can see to do this online is by the going on my account --> Friends and looking through their status.

    However, this will only show which of my friends are online (I want to see all 100 members, not all on my friends list) and doesn't provide an easy way to tie the information back to the website.

    Does anyone have a work-around for this issue or know of an easy way to do this?

    Xbox Live - Gamertag online status checker?

    If you are designing the website, there are some Xbox Live gamer profile API functions to get data from the Xbox Live servers.
