Xbox Live Gamerscore messed up/Glitched

Alright so. My account had around 22,000 gamerscore (I dont have internet good enough for xbox live by the way and during this i shared my account with 2 friends) then I went over to a friends house ,whom i share the account with, and i put my account on
a USB and plugged it into his Xbox-360 Slim then for some reason my gamerscore was reset back to around 1,6000 (which is what it was last time i had xbox live.) Suddenly my heart dropped and i didnt know what to do but i thought that maybe once i got back
home it would go back to 22,000. So when i get home i popped my USB into my Xbox-360 Elite and checked my gamerscore and it was still 16000. So i took my xbox to my cruddy router and plugged it in. Then i signed in to xbox live (after like a 3 hour wait of
it updating) and it updated the gamerscore to 17,000. I thought I knew who did it so i went to my gamerscore and saw that the game with the most updated gamerscore was Fallout:New Vegas. Which means that friend number 2 had earned alot of achievements for
me while i was offline. So then I unplugged my xbox from the internet and took it back to my room. I got on Xbox.com and the SmartGlass mobile app and they both said 17,000. But what is weird is that if I go over to the dashboard and head over to "social"
and click on my avatar then go to the right one time (where you can see your bio,motto,tenure,membership,ETC.) For some reason the number is different from the one at the top right. The top right ,under the gamer picture, says 17,000 and the one beside my
bio says 20,000. I looked at it on a profile explorer for XBOX-360 ,which I wont name because the mod will remove it lol, and on the explorer it says 20,000. Please help me. I know i didnt get my gamerscore reset because i have never modded it in my life
and because it doesnt give me the label of "cheater."

If anyone knows what to do about it please tell me. I took alot of pride in my gamerscore and it makes me feel like I wasted alot of time for nothing... dont tell me to delete my account because it most likely wont work... OH yea this probably doesnt matter
but for some reason some of the games say (Example: FALLOUT 3 11 of 72 achievements unlocked)

but then if i count them there are like 30. Also thats not one of the games it happened to. But the other day I calculated all of the achievements together ,being careful not to mess up, and it still didnt add up!?!? so those are 3 wrong numbers. Since then
ive changed my password. Any advice guys? Please give me something that works...

P.S. I'm also afraid that if I do get it fixed by a way somebody on here tells me. I'll get banned because my gamerscore went up alot once i get back online.

P.S. when i earn points it moves both numberd up. Im gonna try to get some score back. I hope it doesnt screw up anything or label me as a cheater next time i get online -.- because of the weird glitch thing

BTW Alot of the hard achievements got deleted to like beating games on veteran or legendary stuff like that...

Gamerscore messed up

My gamerscore says 1515 and it's supposed to be 1545 it glitched by itself if u look in my game activity u can see it's a 1545 instead of 1515

Hi, did this start after your gamescore got reset for cheating? I'm only seeing your gamerscore at 1420 right now.

 

Unfortunately this happens when you play games offline and recover the profile before getting said achievements synced with Xbox LIVE.

There isn't much that can be done except re-earning them.

 

You should also be aware that sharing your account is not allowed.

 

You have to re-earn them online I think.
