xbox live Gamerscore changed after 11-12 years

xbox live Gamerscore changed all xbox 360 games removed.

there is nothing stating what or why? just removed only thing showing is

xbox one Gamerscore. please inform me of why 11 years of gaming have been erased without any knowledge as to why. and there is nothing from enforcement that this was being done or anything.

know one knows anything

Did not receive Halo 4 specialization code

A possible source to this error may be that I changed my gamertag before and after 11/20 from LLGHTHAMMER(gamertag at release date) to SuperSleigher(gamertag after 11/20) to SLK AS SLN (gamertag before 12/1/12).

11 years and counting. Will be hitting 12 in December as xbox live was a Christmas present in 2002.

Its funny how I've lived more of my life with an Xbox live account than without.

If I purchase a year of Live today and next month purchase a 12 month card and activate it, I have one year and 11 months of Live.
