Xbox LIVE Gamerpic

My gamerpic on this website is WAY off... it is many months old (back when I sold my 360). I go to manage profile and it says to change it on the 360? I have a completely different gamerpic on my X1 but this site does not acknowledge it? I'm a little confused...
a lot of my options refer to the 360... never to the ONE... does this website even acknowledge that I run the X1? Can anyone tell me why this is so difficult? I've been with Microsoft for years and this just takes the cake. Any input on how I can change things
without having to have the old ancient 360?

does anyone know how to upload a gamerpic from xbox live to facebook. not my avatar. But my gamerpic. thanx.

Xbox.com doesn't recognize your activity on the Xbox One yet,thats why your gamercard doesn't show anything you've done on the Xbox One.

It is something that is being worked on i believe so it's just a matter of waitng.

When can we change our gamer pic through the website? Im not talking about the avatar ones, AND DON'T tell me you can't do it because it downloads to your console, if im downloading on my computer i should be able to change it on my computer, IS XBOX THIS

The Resistance

Go onto your Xbox LIVE Profile on the Xbox 360 itself and change your public Gamer Picture to the new one you saved in the Xbox.com Gamerpic Editor which will be there.

When taking a picture on the Xbox.com Gamerpic Editor, it only saves it to your Friends List Gamerpic on Xbox LIVE. So you need to go onto the Gamerpic above this one and change it to the one you took on Xbox.com and it will appear
on the forums.

If this does not resolve it, then retake your Gamerpic after clearing your Xbox Memory cache in the Settings tab on the Xbox LIVE Dashboard and it should update on here. Please report back if these two solutions do not work. Best of luck!

xbox live can has issues with gamerpics.

Right now you need to wait until Microsoft/Xbox activate the custom gamerpic again. But you can still use any Xbox Live Gamerpic!
