Xbox live gamer tag forced change

An Xbox live friend of mine has had his gamer tag forcibly changed twice in the past month. He's had the same one forsaking as I've known him (maybe like5 years) and it hasn't been a problem until now. The gist of his gamer tag is
[Mod Removed] I don't see how that's offensive in anyway. Actually kind of impossible. Now coincidenta he joined a random party with one of his friends and someone in that party said "I dont like your gamer tag I'm going to report you" and
then the next day it happened. My questions is this how can one person on Xbox live have that much influence that he reports someone once and he's banned? As far as I know there's a whole investigations process to determine if it's a bannabke offended or not.
So how does this one guy have that kind of power to get him changed twice?

No one here complained about your tag, and you certainly wouldn`t get a forced change because you beat someone in a game.

If your tag was deemed offensive and you only changed one letter there is a good chance it will get another forced name change.

A second forced name change can result in a permanent xbox live ban.

Apologies but you cannot request a Forced Name Change (FNC) you must have someone file a complaint on the tag to have the Policy Enforcement Team investigate. If they deem the tag against the Code of Conduct they will issue an FNC.

I'd like to know to plus my communication has been blocked for a month now with just one report this isn't how the system should work for one guy to abuse power like this on anyone he just doesn't like is one thing but you make it impossible for anyone who
has fallen victim to this kind of abuse to fight back it's ridiculous when you fail to ensure that people like this guy aren't held accountable for his actions and he knows that he can bully people he doesn't like then you've failed at making a system where
all people can be free to play and share with friends

 

It only takes one valid complaint for the enforcement team to investigate and take action. But they will only issue a forced name change if they have determined that the gamertag has violated the code of conduct. If nothing is wrong, then they wouldn't do
anything. The gamertag doesn't necessarily have to be offensive. It just has to violate the code of conduct.

 

Ok so how does a gamertag [Mod Removed] violate code of conduct?

 

The first word shoulstand out if you don't know how badly that violates the terms of use?

Do not use secure terms or offencive topics

Your name must be rated e for everyone

I wouldn't suggest he keep trying to use some variation

FYI multiple name changes will only end badly a perm ban of the account

Why am I not surprised the first message that comes back from their support team is one to cover their butts why don't you take a look at Ix tendopain xI account and see how many people has reported because that guy openly admitted to being a troll who
likes to report people is tags and accounts to get them banned the real issue here is that I took him once to do so for both my gamertag and my communications and he continues to do so to my gamertag even though I've blocked him maybe you want to take a look
into that and give me back my old gamertag or reimburse me for the two times I had to change it back because of this guy because you failed to prevent people like this guy from abusing the system

 

Maybe it's not my tag that's offensive maybe you just have your mind in the gutter far too often I never once thought about it that way when I created this tag who's the real pervert here

 

We don't work for support. If you think he's done something wrong, then you need to file a complaint on him via the console. If he's done something wrong, the enforcement team will take action.

The enforcement team will probably change this tag too. It doesn't matter what you think it refers to. The enforcement team are the ones who decide whether or not it violates the code of conduct. Too many forced changes and your account will be banned.

 

I've reported him 8 times you've done nothing and I wouldn't have to contact support if it didn't take a machete to cut through all your red tape but now that I complain about you're performance or lack thereof you answer do you see how there's something
wrong with that and has for my name what gives you the right to say I can't have horn in my name if it refers to horns on something and not a sexual nature if that's the case then will you change the names of everyone who has a name even remotely related
to something obscene or derrogative because I can think of scores of lobbies I've been in that had names that make mine look tame this whole thing is stupid why should anyone have to be subjected to you prudes my name isn't offensive but you take it that way
cause you choose to has is you're right but I shouldn't have to be punished because sex is the first thing you jump to its bs

 

I'm still under partial banner by the way it's been almost a month since my suspension was up why don't you fix that because apparently you're the only ones who can so I doubt you will
