Xbox Live Gamer Tag Ban Lifted.

My Gamer Tag was banned, I applied for a review. To my surprise it was "overturned" and they lifted the ban on my gamer tag.

I am still unable to use it though. Cannot change it back, and it is still the one they issued after the ban.

how do I revert or reinstate the old one?

I was falsely reported of cheating?

My gamer tag was recently falsely reported for hacking, is there anyway I can get this ban lifted or removed?

Contact Enforcement Team and Support here in the forums theres no way to fix that...

 

I don't know how to contact them... xbox support makes me go in circles... there is no feedback system... help me please :'(

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team
here on the forums. For more information about what each type of enforcement means, visit
Xbox Live Suspensions and
Xbox Live Device Bans.
After receiving a forced Gamertag change the system will automatically select a new Gamertag for the account.

When XBLPET issues an enforcement action, an
email message is automatically sent to
the address associated with your Xbox Live account. If you are using a child account, an email is also sent to the Microsoft Account associated with your parent or guardian. Each email message explains that the account was subject to enforcement action and
links to pages that provide additional information. Try to reach out to them through the email they send out. Also, try to

remove and re-add the account to the console.

There is no way to directly contact them. They do not use the forums. If your ban of GT change was overturned then the enforcement would have lifted.
