Xbox live gamer tag accused of being fraudulent?

Hello, my name is Matt, I'm having a terrible time with Xbox live enforcement.

Recently my name "Cleo" got taken down 2 weeks ago after keeping the name for about 6 years, I obtained the name from an event that was announced by Microsoft themselves which released OG names from inactive Xbox accounts. I happened to get Cleo as a name
after making many attempts to find which names were available through the Xbox home app for the IOS because I wasn't at home. Microsoft flagged it as inappropriate towards someone, I have no clue why they would flag it as something out of the blue. Then After
2 weeks of waiting they say I must've botted because I managed to get a name during the event, Xbox themselves gave us a schedule of the time and date when the names were going to be released. It's frustrating to me that Xbox support accuses me of botting
for a name after 6 years, why wait 6 years to remove my name if records show that "it was inhumanly impossible" to obtain the name? I want my case to be verified again and perhaps talk to a higher up. Also, I got the name May 18th 2016 and if you search up
that date with Xbox next to it, it will show that the event occurred on that same day.
