    my gamer score was reset and my account suspended I'm just wondering if I can continue to earn gamer score on my account.

    the issue was resolved i had to unlock an achivment to fix everything

    Hey Team Minato! It appears your gamerscore is 1105 according to Xbox.com, which does make it curious that you see a different GS as that should be accurate. Have you been seeing an inaccurate GS for these past two years or just recently? Were you spending
    time playing offline? Can you tell me what happens when you try to download and view your profile on an alternate console (such as a friends)?

    Hi there,

    If your Gamerscore has been reset then any achievements in games you have played will not be obtainable again. However, you can still obtain new achievements which were not part of the reset.

    That is correct. The 50K Gamerscore from the achievements you have already unlocked will not be able to be unlocked again.

    Your friends, and the rest of everyone on Xbox LIVE (including these forums) are seeing the correct, reset score. No action will likely be taken to raise your score to the amount you see.

    There is no possible way to undo a gamer score reset according to the xbox team.

    Most of the time when this happens its from modding as you know. If there is a issue with what you see and what your friends see i would suggest contacting xbox support on the phone (1-800-469-9269) or in live chat
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

    If its truly a tech issue they will be able to help you.
