Xbox LIVE Gamer keeps DDoSing my internet access and threatening me through messages.

I have an Xbox LIVE gamer who is hitting my internet offline repeatedly and is threatening me and a friend through messages. I have filed a complaint on this gamer but most of the time I do not see much action which is why I am posting this in the forums.
His gamertag on Xbox LIVE is "[Mod Removed]." My gamertag I filed a complaint under is "." Please thoroughly look into this and take care of this gamer so I may enjoy my Xbox experience.

I'm being harassed

I have a stranger harassing me through xbox live messages. This individual started to make threatening remarks, so i blocked him. He keeps making new accounts to message me. It's so bad I can't even play a game. What do I do? Reporting and blocking wont
stop him. Please help.

 

DDOS (URGENT)

A guy over Xbox live is continuously hacking into my internet, I am with Bell Aliant Fiber Op. His gamertag is : Yolky x 2

I have picture proof of him admitting that he's ddosing me and saying my IP on forums and saying bye bye to my internet. Please reply soon, he keeps hacking into my connection.

 

As long as you have filed a complaint, the enforcement team will investigate him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums. The enforcement team does receive thousands of complaints every day so it does take time for them to take action.

You also need to contact your ISP so they can help you with your connection.
