Xbox Live Game pass PROBLEM

Hi!

I just bought a new Xbox One S and is trying to get the free 30 Days Game pass that came along.

When i enter the code and choose payment ( VISA ), then continue, it says: PUR-PaymentInstrumentNotFound + a lot of numbers and letters...

I have also tried with Paypal, same issue. What could this be?

1 month of Xbox Game Pass and you get 1 free month of Xbox Live Gold

I have a problem with this promotion, because i buy 1 month of Xbox Game Pass, but it have been almost 24 hours and I DONT GET ANY CODE, it supost that if you buy 1 Xbox Game Pass month, then, the official Xbox Live account would give you a code for 1 Xbox
Live Gold free month, the problem Is that i doesent have recibed any code Yet, plsssssssss ¡HELP!

Does the region of your account match your physical locale? Cross-region accounts aren't supported and will often cause purchasing troubles such as the one you're experiencing. If you're using a cross-region account, try switching over to your current location
and try making the purchase again. Let us know

The only problem with that is, it will whine down to (I think) 4 months of Xbox game pass ultimate because somehow I merged game pass ultimate WITH Xbox live. I’m trying to UNMERGE it with only Xbox live and NO game pass ultimate. Any tips how to do that?

i payed for Xbox live for 3 months 1 month ago. i then payed for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate i cancelled the game pass and it cancelled my Xbox Live as well. it shouldn't cancelled the Xbox live as well

Only problem I have with Game Pass, is I have heard if you do not renew it then you can lose your gold subscription too. Is this fact or fiction?

If you have Game Pass Ultimate (which combines both Xbox Live Gold and Game Pass) and do not renew, then yes you would lose both. If you subscribe to Game Pass separate from Xbox Live Gold, then if you don't renew Game Pass (but still renew Xbox Live Gold)
all you would lose is your subscription to Game Pass.

I did answer the question, I can’t test the second device if it will connect to Xbox live because I don’t have game pass on the device yet. The problem Xbox has game pass and won’t connect.
