Xbox Live funcionality does not work

Hi guys,

I got a problem while connecting to Xbox Live. There is a message "Your profile does not have the correct permissions to access xbox live functionality". I have bought golden membership to play PVZ Garden Warfare but still not working.

Whats wrong with my account?

No need for me at all do change anything except better online-funcionality.

 

Xbox live does not work

for that you have to call xbox support, explain the whole thing and maybe they well give you a new code for xbox live gold membership.

 

Is your account a Child or Adult account? If you are under 18 and it is a Child account your parents will need to set your permissions to allow it.

What if it is an adult account as well as the children accounts that are not able to connect to Xbox live and receive this he same error message as stated above?

In order to access online multiplayer features you will need to have a Gold membership attached to that account.

 

So any player that wants to play multiplayer online has to have a gold Xbox live membership linked to their profile?

Or there only has to be one gold membership per console no natter how many profiles there are on that console?

 

Each player that wants to play online needs to have a Gold membership. There are still some games that allow you to bring a buddy over (will have your gamertag & a 1 I believe) and play on split screen and it usually says in the back of the case if so; however
some games like Destiny cannot be played split screen as the progress is saved online and not on your console.

into the xbox.com/Live/Accounts to enable permissions, but it's still not working - what did I possibly miss?

 

Head over to Settings and scroll right until you see Add to Family. Just add the gamertags there and they'll share your membership.
