Unfortunately there is no way to know the email address by just knowing the GT.

Do you remember if you registered an email or phone number to the account?

If not, the only way to sort this out then is by going to the log in page with a secondary email and once there select “forgot password.” Choosing the “forgot password” option will send you the link to a form . You will need to fill it out and wait for Microsoft to contact you and try to help regain access to theaccount,

I bought RB3 from the Microsoft Store over a decade ago, it still works. I play it almost every day on my 360... on Xbox Live with a friend even... so idk about it not working in general. But mine works perfectly fine. Same with my RBN songs from back then, & I even recently bought new dlc for it aswell.

Is it the same for account ban from over a decade ago? The account that was banned is "Nathanc280" I know it want an actual console device ban.

KingDavide is on to something. But, the companion app is glitchy. It reminds me of programs from a decade ago. Don't try sliding it up and down, either.

No the old account is 'orphaned' it's no longer attached to an email (seriously) it's a database screwup from a decade ago.

They should just nuke it because it's been 10 years!
