Xbox live Friends list not working on my one X

This has been going on for a few days now. I run 2 xboxs. One for my TV and my Xbox one X for strictly gaming. I am having an issue showing my Friends list on my Xbox one X. MY Xbox is fine and shows friends no issues. Also I will get pop ups of my friends
coming online but still showing 0. Also wont show my in game apps for things that have been purchased but not downloaded as well. I have reinstalled my account. Hard re set numerous times and still no fix. What is the next step Xbox????

Have you already tried a factory reset while keeping your games & apps installed on the console?

The factory reset may be your best bet to get this issue resolved.

Hi Aman!

Make sure to enable cross-play in your game.

Go to FIFA 22’s main menu.
Press RT on Xbox One, Series X|S.
Go to the Friends tab.
If you do not have your friend, add them:
Press Y on Xbox One, Series X|S.
Write your friend’s Xbox Live Gamertag.
Highlight any name on the list
Press X on Xbox One, Series X|S.
Pick the Enable Cross-Play option.

To set your expectation, the game's cross-play may be limited to Online Seasons and Online Friendlies modes only.

Yes, your current headset, controllers and so on, should also work on Series X.

Yes, you will still be able to communicate and play with your friends on Xbox One.

Yes and No. Some titles might need to be moved to the internal SSD to play, especially the titles that support Smart Delivery upgrades for the Series X.

i think i already explained the steps i did it doesnt work like xbox companion

no the xbox app + xbox series x always worked as trash if compare with xbox one x + xbox companion

Recent activity or changes made before the issue appeared?

nop.

i already detailed everything in original post, it looks like the encoder of xbox app/xbox series x isnt good as xbox companion/xbox one x
