Xbox Live friend issue

So my main account was banned for reasons I was not involved in so I gave up on trying to gain it back but I created a new account and wanted to add my friends from my old account as I have known some for a very long time, years in fact. Problem is, they
continuously change their tags and I can't remember most of them word for word. Up until 3 days ago even with the ban in place, I could see my friends on xbox.com but now, I'm not able to, It simply says, a error occurred or there is a glitch. I noticed that
they have changed the website to represent Xbox One more with a recent update but can anyone help me or give a insight into how I can see the gamer tags of my friends in order t add them back please? Thank you .

I cant play Destiny?

Same. It signed in, showing friends online playing, but won't let me bring up friends app and Destiny says I need to be online to play.

The cross platform isn't available with the Minecraft Xbox 360 edition, unfortunately. But it's available with the Xbo one edition and now the Switch Edition (and of course Windows 10, Android and Apple).

 

Sorry but when a gamertag is banned it is removed from the system, including xbox.com. However, if you have mutual friends that were on your list perhaps you can find most of them through that way.

 

I could see my friends before... . . I was banned 4 months ago and everyday I could see them on my banned account... . . why not now?

 

My guess would be that it took some time for your old account to be purged (removed). Now that it has, there would be no sign of your old account and for this reason...... no friends list. As already stated some you may find through joint friends and others
you may come across through the mutual games you play.
