    Xbox Live friend always appearing offline and nothing is working


    Im currently in a party on the same game with my friend, but it says he is offline. I'm not able to invite him to a game or anything though. He checked several times making sure his status is online to everyone and yet I still can't see him offline. He can
    see me online but I can't see him. Please help.

    All friends appearing offline

    Everyone is appearing offline. Any ideas? Xbox live appears to be working.

    Xbox issue

    It might be an issue with xbox live or your friends could be appearing offline.

    Both of you Try to delete the account from console and re-add it. next ask a friend to go throught NAT wizzard.

    Hey Dragon,

    Thanks for that info! Could you also pass us the results of the Detailed Network Statistics test that Mister Maka originally requested? You can find that option under 'Network settings' within the Xbox One settings menu. That will help us a bunch!

    In the meantime, one of the steps you can try is a
    Factory Restore on your Xbox One console    , selecting 'Reset and keep my games & apps'.

    Yes the NAT is Open. and using a wired network
