xbox live for xbox one not 360

Can anybody give me a solution to this. Most of the time when signing in to xbox live (xbox one) it wont let me,usually after being offline i have trouble when signing back in,sometimes takes me 10 mins to get LIVE back up and running but sometimes takes
me the best part of an hour,its really frustrating. Usually i have to keep going in to advanced setting and manually put the ip address,gateway,primary,mac address,etc all that stuff, and sometimes it works and then sometimes it don't. Sometimes the NAT type
says open and i still cant get on. But the when i do finally get into LIVE its then ok until i want to sign back in again. Anyone know whats going on or have any kind of solutions.

360 and One on same gold account

If I sign in to Xbox Live on my Xbox One, will I also be able to sign in on the same account on my 360 at the same time? Say someone is using the Xbox One in the living room and I'm playing my 360 in my bedroom. Will I be able to use the same account?

Uruguay is not part of xbox live regions so you can't purchase from xbox store

As stated in the support page regarding xbox live regions:

Xbox Live is not available on Xbox 360 in these countries. Not all Xbox Live features on Xbox 360 are supported on Xbox One. Multiplayer between Xbox One and Xbox 360 is not supported. Customer Support for Xbox Live is only available in countries where
Xbox Live is officially supported."

Sorry to hear you are having this issue with your Xbox one. My recommendation for this would be to open up the ports and maybe get more signal in to your console.

The Xbox 360 cannot actually connect to Xbox Live as per the list of countries that the Xbox Live service is available in. While Xbox Live is available in China, its only for PC/Xbox One and the Xbox 360's Xbox Live is no longer available or never was in
the first place as denoted by the asterisk next to China on the list.

Hi there,

I'm afraid that it sounds like you currently have two accounts, one offline on the xbox 360 and one Xbox Live account on the Xbox One.

There is an option to promote your offline xbox 360 account to an Xbox Live Account, but this will require a new Microsoft Account (email address), but the next issue would be that it is Not possible to merge multiple accounts into one Xbox Live Account.

So basically there are two options, continue with the current Xbox Live Account that you have on the Xbox One, or to promote the 360 account to an Xbox Live Account and download that to the Xbox One and continue with that one.
