Xbox Live for Halo Reach is down 11:41 CST

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're having issues connecting to online play in the game Halo: Reach is that correct? Are you able to play online with other games? I recommend first you try a full power
cycle of all the equipment involved. First power down your console and any network equipment (modem/router) then unplug them from the power source. Leave them fully unplugged for at least 5 minutes. Once the time has passed boot up your router/modem first
until its back to normal status (lights flashing or solid the way they're supposed to). Then power the console back up and give it another try. Let us know with a reply how it goes!

Hi George. Since Xbox live is working in the dashboard for Xbox One I assume other games will work. Currently Xbox live is down in the 360 emulation menu. The other things are not necessary as that is not the issue. This is an ongoing problem that occurs
almost daily with Xbox live.
