Xbox live for backward comparable games

I have been having trouble downloading my account to play Xbox 360 games online off of the series s, Whenever I enter my email and password this message pops up on my screen. I’ve seen other people ask for help about this and have tried a lot of things such as Alternate Wired MAC address and clear it, thought it would of done something but it just doesn’t seem to work, i ended up deleting the profile and tried to download it and that’s when this problem starts, if anyone knows how to fix this please tell me.

i cleared Xbox 360 data then went on to change my password, and it doesn’t seem to work

Hi Leo,

If you have an active subscription such as Xbox Live Gold or Game Pass, try turning on/off recurring billing (you can always reset this after) as this can often help. Sign in to the services and subscriptions page and select manage subscription > turn off recurring billing, then confirm this at the end of the page.

Do you have a password with more than 12 characters?
If yes, could you try change to one with 12 characters or less

I tried all the steps to see if it would fix the problem but I don’t think it work, would resetting my password do anything? If not then please tell me what else I could do to solve this problem.
