Xbox Live Fee payed but account still not balanced

Hi everyone,

I have the following issue:

On the 6th of March, my Xbox Live fee was due and the payment via credit card was processed on the 7th march by microsoft. Unfortunately, my account still shows that I have to pay the fee (marked as overdue) although the money was succesfully transfered
from my cc to Microsoft.

I already checked my invoices and my account for purchases that may not worked or for unpaid items from the past, but as far as I can tell, everything is up to date and paid.

Now the question is how do I get rid of the overdue fee? It was already payed and I dont want my subscription canceled...

Xbox Live has ran out, it says to update my payment method

my xbox one live account has ran out early it did say to update my billing adress but i deleted them and it is still not letting me on

NOTE: I payed for xbox live 1 monthe before this happened and i payed for 1 year

 

"Your current profile can't play xbox live" but is payed??

I got on this morning and it told me that my fee was past due, so I payed it but it is still continuing to tell me this message?

Solution: Customer support canceled supscrition and gave me a prepaid code for 1-Month Gold (as I paid).
