Xbox live family access

we have an Xbox live code but my son who is set up as family cannot use it as it says his profile will not allow him to see others contents. I cannot see what setting I need to change, feel like I’ve changed everything, but it still doesn’t work.

I do not want to give him unrestricted access and didn’t think I had to for him to use live. Can anyone help please?

Family Sharing is when you have 3-4 people on your friends list that can access your library of games, and you can access theirs. They need to be on your friends list for a year or at least 6mths I think... That was the original plans... Phil Spencer has stated that he would love to have Family Sharing back on Xbox One.

As Smwutches states, only the Xbox 360 and Xbox One family of consoles can use Xbox Live. The first original Xbox can not access Live

But it looks like everything must be done from the Family Plan's primary member.

How long each family member can use the console on a daily or weekly basis.

LIVE Family Pack . But what specifically are you unable to do? Maybe there's a way we can access it still.
