Xbox live failed

    Xbox live failed


    Ok so im testing my live connection and my network is connected and my internet is connected but when it goes from internet to Xbox live it tells me that the Xbox live failed and idk what to do

    With the ethernet cable through the laptop I get:

    Network: Success

    Internet: Success

    Xbox LIVE: Failed

    And with the wireless adapter:

    Network: Failed

    Internet: Failed

    Xbox LIVE: Failed

    Is your console banned, what does it say in suggestions, wired or wireless? Please give us a little more information.

    No my console is not banned I tried it being wired and wireless but it doesn't connect it just says I can't connect to live

    Where does the network test (on the xbox) fail? It sounds like it would fail at internet or xbox live level.
