Xbox live - failed to process the update error November,18th 2016

Okay, so I am a really patient person and when I first contacted support about the failure to process the update issue I was told everything was being done to fix it. I waited 3 days and called again, with the same result. Today, November, 23rd 2016, I was
told that the Update actually damaged the hard drive of the Xbox 360 consoles and they would now have to be repaired, here is the kicker. Since my perfectly fine working Xbox 360 was damaged by this update I now have to pay $99.00 for the repair because my
console is no longer under warranty. I would understand paying for the repair if the unit stopped working due to age, overheating or physical damage, but to be broken by a mandatory update that I have no control over is utterly ridiculous. I have been a loyal
customer for years now and I would like this issue resolved ASAP at no cost to me.

Can't Download the Update Problem

It's my first time to test my XBOX Live Connection for my XBOX 360. During the Update Process, an error message pops-out saying "Update Failed"-Can't download the update. A Status Code: 397F-000-0080-0300-8007-2751 was seen on the same error message below.
Can you help me on this problem?
