XBOX Live expiry: Can purchases still be accessed afterwards?

to have upto a total of 3 years of xbox live gold on your gamertag.

If they are still selling the games and stating that this is included, then I absolutely should be able to access the content, it’s sold as a bundle.

There’s no expiry in the terms and conditions.

It is not available on Netflix in the U.K.

Fellow Gamers. Just finished a live chat with a fantastic individual named Trey.

Go to your Xbox Settings>Account>Subscriptions, and take note of your Xbox Live Gold expiry date.

Then go to My Games and Apps, scroll to Memberships, and click Xbox Live Gold. In the top left should be the Expiry date, take note of this.

Take note of both expiry dates. Chances are you have two different expiry dates. Start an Xbox Support Live Chat and mention this to them.

After mentioning this to Xbox Support Live Chat they did something on their end, asked me to do a power cycle, and boom everything is working once again.
