Back in January I bought a tweve monthgold membership, theoretically giving me gold untril January 2017. I recieves a message today, Kuly 11 that my gold will expire in twenty eight days! I spent $80 on this and I'm not getting mu full value. You'll notice
some typos in here. This is because I am using a iicrosoft phone on a microsoft website and of course it is glitching out and my keyboard has stopped working good jon Microsoft.

Double check your subscription at
http://commerce.microsoft.com If it shows that your gold is good until January 2017, then you'll be fine. Some people have been getting messages that their gold is about to expire when it isn't.

If it does show any errors, you would need to contact support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
support.xbox.com/contact-us

The Family Pack is no longer in use by Xbox Live and Microsoft. The early expiration happened as the Family Pack was removed.

Check your subscription history too, as you will be able to check what happened via https://account.microsoft.com/services. If you would like to proceed with the refund you can do so via https://xbox.com/refunds.

As far as I am aware it goes by a specific time internationally. Which is +1 GMT so it is the 5/17. And a month is from the 17th, including that day, to the 16th of the next month. So, no, you don't have a day.

If he has Ultimate it will. If the Ultimate subscription ends and he adds Gold he'll have the full subscription to Gold.
