    my xbox live is expired but it should not until jan 2019. i checked my account 2 days ago its said expires jan 2019 and now i check my account it expired mar 16th 2018. why is that

    Do promotional Microsoft Points expire?

    Yes all promotional Microsoft Points do expire.

    If you received points between July 1 and December 31, they will expire on June 30 of the following calendar year.

    If you received points between January 1 and June 30, they will expire on December 31 of that same calendar year.
