Xbox Live "escalation team" holding my account hostage since Feb...

Greetings. In February of this year....any time I tried downloading things from the marketplace....I would get "Sorry...we can't verify your credit card info." message. Shortly after...I was locked out of Live altogether. Attempts at logging into live
on the console are met with "Sorry...there is a problem with the service...or your connection to it" message.

When I try to log in to my account on Xbox.com...I get "Oops...you found a glitch in the system" message. I dug out my old xbox, and fired it up....sure enough...logged into live with no problems. Funny thing...after I reported this to the "escalation
team"...I was again locked out of live.

I have repeatedly called the help line....sending emails that go weeks unanswered. Is threre no way I can get action on this....or are they just hoping I'll give up?

Not asking them to end poverty and hunger...just want to use the items and services I paid for.

Account suspension

the only thing that an investigation does if there is fraudulent transactions which is reversed while it's not under your control or gamer tag change or gamerscore cheater tag removal

Perm banned stay in place

Since you loaned out your account that's already one violatjon

The escalations team sends their finding to the pet

Pet makes a deicision and then escalations teams emails you with the results

If you haven't heard from them yet you need to wait

A case review will not help

Becauses that's only between the escalations team and the pet

What are you talking about? Marketplace theft??? Ha! And my friend used my account. Its downloaded on his Xbox. I never gave away my info!

Wow, he's been gone since Feb. 15th!? That's too bad... Just the same, it doesn't change how the Xbox Live Enforcement Team works.

Thanks guys but ive tried everything possible. There is no hold on my live account on the internet and ive tried to change password, cleared cache, delete profile, etc and noting has worked. I did get a service number from the support team saying they will
escalate it but havent heard anything back.

If it's not possible to proceed with the account recovery webform, nothing to worry, there is still a way for you to recover your hacked account.

You will need to contact Microsoft Xbox support as they have the tools to escalate your case to the Account Escalation Team for an account recovery.

We do not have tools here to use for an account escalation since we are independent advisors but no worries, I will directly reroute you to Microsoft Xbox support.
