Xbox Live errors

So I recently got GTA V and realized that I wasn't able to play online. I tried changing my account to an adult account, taking off parental controls- everything. Nothing worked. I still couldn't play online. So I searched about it more and saw something
about removing yourself from the family to be able to really being able to play online and all that. So I removed myself from the family and that has got to be THE biggest mistake I have made in my life.

I can't do anything on my account. I can't change anything, I don't have Xbox Live anymore, and Xbox still thinks that my account is a child's account. I've tried going on the website to change my info there, but I can't click anything that doesn't lead
to "looks like you found a glitch." It's asked me to give my account a different Microsoft account to access Xbox Live, but when I get to the end of the signup process, an error message pops up that says "Xbox Live signup is currently unavailable. Please try
again later."

My connection isn't bad at all. Nothing goes wrong until I get to the end of the process and it just tells me no.

Any ideas on what I should do? Can I get back on the family thing I was on before? How can I keep that error message from popping up? I really don't want to get a new profile, but I guess if it's the only solution then I'll do it.

Think xbox live is down I'm getting same error. Service status timed at 22:18 says check back in 30 mins for update

 

Fifteen Dollars lost, don't have my Map Pack.

I don't remember exactly the error code but it started with 801 and error occurred. I will try to contact Phone Support as soon as I can but I will try what Xbox Support said to me on Twitter as well.

I looked over the error codes and I limited to the ones I think it was.

I can't pinpoint the exact one since they are all similar.

(My payment option did work, it was paid through my Microsoft Account)

Just changing the account to an adult will not work, if that account has not reached the age of being an adult, with the birthdate first set for the account. Example: when you set up your account you listed your BD as 1/1/1999. If you go back to that account
and change it to 1/1/1990, it will not work because I believe the system is set up to keep kids from changing their account if they somehow get the accounts login details. In this case, the system would still see the age as being 15. I will have to defer to
another ambassador for your question on getting back into the family account.

 

oOUTSIDERo62, since I'll be turning 18 this May, will I be able to gain access to my account again? As of right now, I can't do anything on my account but play games (without gaining achievements). The Xbox site shows my account as an error, also.
