    XBOX Live Error


    When I try to redeem my code I get this error

    XBOS-3016

    I have tried using Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and my XBOX One to redeem the code but it wont allow me. Please help.

    Can't sign in to my account.

    Think xbox live is down I'm getting same error. Service status timed at 22:18 says check back in 30 mins for update

    Ok I either need a refund or a new key because this isn't working. I keep getting the same error over and over again, the payment definitely went through, and I can't redeem my code. Here are some pics. (Proof)

    My region is fine. I bought the code on another account that I have purchased other products from before. I have tried redeeming on both accounts and still same error. I need another code, or a refund.

    It has been a week now! You guys have screwed my plans for XBOX LIVE! I am getting the same error each time I try to redeem it! I've had no problems with purchasing things Online before, the payment went through immediately! Yet, I still can't use it, I
    want a new code or a refund! I have even supplied photos for proof!

    Fifteen Dollars lost, don't have my Map Pack.

    I don't remember exactly the error code but it started with 801 and error occurred. I will try to contact Phone Support as soon as I can but I will try what Xbox Support said to me on Twitter as well.

    I looked over the error codes and I limited to the ones I think it was.

    I can't pinpoint the exact one since they are all similar.

    (My payment option did work, it was paid through my Microsoft Account)
