XBOX Live - Error code 0x80bd0006

Or anyone who can help me

I got the following Error code 0x80bd0006 upon reviewing my Xbox Live subscription on my XOne console. The real problem is:

• I have monthly subscription to XBox Live (already paid this month).
• But my console doesn't connect to XLive
• However, my network settings are OK
• Multiplayer Settings are also OK
• And router ports are also open for XLive

The problem started a week ago, when my recently bought Halo 5 Guardians updated itself with the latest patch. Since then my console cannot login to Xlive.

According to the support page this is an issue of corrupt profile:

If the troubleshooting steps didnt help you it will be better to contact xbox chat support my account section to sort this out:

I can't view my subscriptions from xbox one, I get error code 0x80bd0006

Also if I log on to xbox.com and selects My Account I get an error.

Please help?

I have researched that error code you have provided, and have found no support articles about this error code. I did, however, find other people having this same problem. I have got two methods for you to try, to help resolve this problem.

Method 1 - Resetting your router

Can you try resetting your router, you can do this by turning it off for 30 seconds, and then turn it back on. Once you have done this, please try connecting to Xbox Live again through your console.

Hopefully this method should work. If it does not, please move onto the next method.

Method 2 - Clearing cache on the Xbox One console

Clearing the cache on the Xbox One sometimes helps with connectivity issues. To clear the cache, all you need to do is press and hold the power button until the Xbox One console completely shuts off. Once it has completely shut off, please turn your Xbox
One console on again, and you should have the Xbox One logo appear when you turn it back on.

Once the Xbox has turned on, please try and test your internet connection to Xbox Live again. Hopefully now, it should connect to Xbox Live.

Thank you for the advice.

I'll restart my router, the second one is not an option, as i always power off the console after use, and the cache is cleared. I am at work now, so in a few hours i will try the restart method, and check back with the results.

The problem is more persistent than I thought. Neither options (router, modem, console restarts) solved it.

Sooo it's kinda misterious, but i'll work fro mhome in a few days and I'll ask the onlien help.
