xbox live error 80151904

I keep getting this code everyday and night over and over again. None of the solutions or ideas to fix it work. The thing that cracks me up about it me and most of the community have been playing Xbox for serveral years now and have never had this happen
once, but now that the new Xbox one's are out this issue randomly starts and only starts happening to 360 users. Hmmm? Strange how there is a new console out and new issues come out for the old console, sounds to me like its something Microsoft has created
to make us want to upgrade consoles. So Microsoft answer why these issues are now just popping up now that there is a new Xbox out? Also why do we pay for Xbox live service when you don't care for the quality of our service any more? Xbox also opened up what
like 300,000 new server's but 360 connection in games is still bad, we pay for live just like an Xbox one owner and we should be treated like one also with same service quality......
