    hi i have a xbox 360 but i cant connect to xbox live.My xbox is connect to the internet everything works but if i want to go into xbox live it still is grey if i press on it then it say ( an error has occoured on the w2k15 server please try again later)

    Wireless Error

    I have experimented with the settings on the router without the security and with the ports.

    Also when i turn the xbox on and test xbox live there is an xbox live error. Whdn i repeat the test there is an internet errer. Which is very odd.

    There is currently no fix other than give it 24 hours! I just spent over an hour with online help who simply ended up telling me they couldn't help and to call the UK help desk which I can't get through to!

    yep same for me. i deleted my account to recover it back. because i was also having connection isuues, i cleared my cache and delete and recover was the next step, but Ive ran into this problem, i get the same errer message.
