Xbox Live Enforcment action

Hi, today I have been suspended from Xbox live for marketplace theft, but I didn't do anything wrong. I need help here, also when I was reading the possible reasons:
"This account participated in fraudulent activity. This may include transferring content licenses for fraudulent purposes, repeatedly attempting
to acquire unauthorized refunds from Microsoft Support or financial institutions, asking for or sharing an account's email and password, attempting to illegitimately acquire or use prepaid codes, using glitches or exploits for financial gain, or other attempts
to defraud Microsoft."

Now I know that I didn't do anything from that list, how can I prove that I am innocent.

Also please correct me if I posted this on the wrong category. Please move me to the correct category if I didn't select the right one.

Enforcment Action

The enforcement don't use the forums.

An email should of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why & how long you are suspended or you can check on the enforcement site

Trash talking itself is not against the rules,it's what you say when you trash talk that can get you into trouble.

Seems to me this individual was trying to provoke a reaction from you just so they could report you & they did.

If you must respond to a message someone sent you then just do so in a way that doesn't break the rules.

Whatever you said is blanked out on the forums so if it's censored here then it isn't allowed on xbox live.
