xbox live enforcements policies shoot first make us ask later

  gamertag bungee86 I've been a loyal customer of Microsoft, xbox360, xbox one and xbox live for over 6 years now. Two days ago im suspended, so i call your xbox phone number only to get the run around basicly no answers other than i have to post on
  a forum online.... but no i have to create a new email account, so that i can creat a new Microsoft account, so that i can ask a question on a chat forum only to receive the same generic response that i recieved in the email originally. now according to your
  generic answer there might be about 25 different enfractions for you to suspend my (loyal account of six years ) two weeks for no specific reason. Now is this how you treat your customers? I insist that you right this wrong. What have i done to deserve this
  suspension, other that support you and your conpany and this is how i am treated? I have read and do understand the code of conduct and i dispute the fact that i personaly on this account broke any rules of conduct on the day of suspension and the fact you
  cannot provide specifics which leads me to believe you and your enforcement team has absolute power with no regard to whats right or whats wrong and furthermore your arrogance and lack of respect towards me and other customers proves all your company cares
  about is money. ie trying to remove ones credit card you have to jump through mutiple hoops why make it so hard when a few security question just like entering ones credit card)I know when i am wrong and will admit it but I believe I've done nothing I insist
  you reinstate my account or give me detailed information of your accusations or you can consider this loyal customer lost bungee86
