    XBox Live Enforcement?


    Does anyone in the XBox Live Enforcement team actually do anything? I have been harassed and trolled by one gamer for over a month and yet he is still able to carry on with his threats, trolling, ramming and game disruption. I have contacted several "entities"
    (which I believe are real human beings) about this issue since August 12th, 2017. I have provided numerous details, filed numerous reports (each and every time I see this gamer I Andy my friends report him) but still NOTHING seems to have been done to prevent
    this person from absolutely ruining dozens of other players games.

    He has threatened me in chat, abused me in game, changed his GamerTag to micmick mine and continued daily to just do anything he can to frustrate and ruin other players enjoyment. If what this guy is doing isn't against the XBox Live Code of Co duct then
    I must apparently have failed every English reading course I have taken since birth.

    Why is this player allowed to continue his trolling and harassing for over a month? Is anyone in the XBkx Enforcement team even wiling to do anything t prove they are worthy of being employed? My XBox Live Gold payment must be just as valuable as this
    trolls, and surely this one troll is angering hundreds of other player sites paying for this yearly subscription.

    Isn't a service considered an absolute failure if the service provided is utterly useless and ineffective? Do I have to cancel my subscription to get anything done, or should I just cancel my account and move on? Certainly there has been a misinterpretation
    of the value of this payment.

    By continuing to ignore this troll you have done nothing more than embolden and encourage more idiots like this to just do wha ever they want, to whoever they want any time they want. Is this XBox Live Network simply a Petri dish for grooming and ancouraging
    trolls?

    XBox Live Enforcement?

    Block the player.

    Rather than sit through the abuse and file numerous reports daily, blocking prevents them from joining your game lobbies and talking to you in any way.

    Do not give this player any more attention; that is how trolls come back and continue what they do.

    It's my understanding that the Enforcement team does not follow this forum. May I recommend that you go to and sign in at the "Enforcement Team" webpage and see if you can file for a "Case Review".

    You could as well ask if "normal people" can arrest other people and put them in jail.

    The answer is no.

    Normal people/xbox live players can report people to the police/Xbox Live Enforcement, and then there is an investigation.

    If the police/Xbox Live Enforcement find that the reported person broke the law/Xbox Live Code of Conduct, the police/Xbox Live Enforcement will arrest/suspend the person that broke the rules.

    So normal people can report, but not actually ban people. The banning is done by real people in the Xbox Live Enforcement team after reviewing evidence that is usually automatically sent in with the report.
