Xbox Live Enforcement

I was given a 7 day enforcement on my xbox live profile A WINTER DEMON for communications that was supposed to end today, than at 8:23am today I received an email saying that i have another one, i clicked the link and went to the code of conduct page
and it showed that I do indeed have another one but for 14 days this time for the exact same thing, but I don't understand how that can be when I haven't been able to send messages or talk to anybody for the past week with my profile. I called microsoft and
tried using the online chat and they told me that there having issues, so I don't know what's going on

Did you check your email and make sure you're not the subject of XBOX Live enforcement?

I'm sorry to hear about the inconveniences being experienced due to enforcement actions.

I'm not sure if the service alert has to do with that, but I would suggest going to
Xbox Enforcement
and file a case review so that the enforcement team can take a look at that if it was indeed an error and give you more information about this recent enforcement action.

 

Xbox Live Support will not be able to assist with enforcement actions. Suspensions can arise from incidents that occurred prior to an existing suspension. For more information, and to submit a case review, if desired, sign onto the
Enforcement site.

 

I'm assuming that you probably submitted a Case review for your seven day suspension. More than likely upon looking into your past actions in more detail. The enforcement team found more past violations that they found worthy of further enforcement
actions against you. Your only option is to submit another Case review if you're able for the fourteen day suspension you just received. More than likely the suspensions wont be overturned though.
