Xbox Live Enforcement?

Today, I reported a few cheaters using certain hacks on Xbox Live. While I was playing, I also put my mic in and encouraged other players to report the cheating accounts. It was not a mistake on my part, it was a blatant case of cheating and one of the
perpetrators readily admitted to it. After reporting the second cheater, I received a message to my account. The sender claimed to be part of an enforcement team for Xbox Live. I took him at his word since the cheater had suddenly left the lobby, but I'm very
suspicious. I've never received such a message or had anyone claim to be a representative of any sort from Xbox Live (aside from obvious scams). Is there any way to confirm whether or not a particular user is actually a legitimate member of the official Xbox
team?

Yes. An actual XBLPET member would never message you in such a way. On the upside, you can also take comfort in the knowledge that whoever sent that to you will receive a permanent account suspension for that action.

XBL COC states:

Employees of game developers , publishers, or other Xbox partners

Other support staff

 

Indeed, the enforement team dosen't talk, they take action. File a report, Block, Avoid and move on. GOOD LUCK!!!

 

That's all well and good, to date I have still not seen them remove the mod hackers that destroy online gaming, but trying to reach enforcement who has suspended my oldest son for a free game license transfer that was done while he was away, but he is supposed
to be responsible for his account, why would they not punish the account that tried to download his game? Instead make life miserable for a 3 xbox family that play together safe and fair, Suspend the account of the hacker or person that tried downloading,
not the innocent kid who has to deal with me ( a Parent ) that is disgusted with Microsoft and the antics, every week a new map, or add on, every year 59.00 U.S. dollars plus tax and you take it away without even asking or investigating, ( Dictators ) Last
time I checked innocent til proven guilty meant something, You crossed the line xbox, all 3 lines, I pay the bills around here, and I am not a big Microsoft release before its ready and everyone can catch up in a few months after filling computers with garbage,
between internet fees, gaming hardware and subscriptions, I used to get angry because after paying 60.00 for a game that has a crack or a scratch and wont play, you have no recourse, buy another! Drop another Xbox member I say, or 3 and maybe you will start
getting the point! But somehow, I just doubt it! Until the Bottom line drops off significantly, the dictatorship and greed will prevail! Rest assured I will do my part to inform every PC sales and service depot, every Microsoft user and every xbox gamer,

I got reported because kids are butt hurt and don’t like to see me grind Xbox needs to in unbanned me

 

Xbox live enforcement needs to notify you if a player you reported does get banned, i've came across team killing and abusive messages, when it comes to messages i couldn't give a damn as i am not a snowflake and the internet should not be a "safe space" but
when team killing and cheating happens then its a different story, i was sent an abusive message and team killed by another player which i replied to with a much less strong of a word and i get banned!!!! WTF!! Under the law its called equal force (obviously
verbal in this case) and i cant even defend myself, you might say just move along but when it happens over and over and xbox live doesn't do anything about it you get fed up and the xbox live enforcement site does not work to file a case review, i brought
this up over live chat and the guy said to try the site to file a case review, i've just told you it doesn't work!!!!
