Xbox Live Enforcement Wrongful Suspension

Xbox Enforcement continues to accept false reports from other players directed towards me. I never posted before because it was only ever a small suspension from voice chat or communicating online, but now they've suspended me from playing on Xbox Live for
several weeks. Now I'm livid over it. To be suspended for something I definitely did not do MULTIPLE times should be so obvious that these people reporting are maliciously trying to get me banned from xbox for being a highly skilled player.

Xbox needs to fix this issue or I will have to find other ways within the law to deal with this.

Meaningless Suspension

Meh, 99.9% of the time suspensions are given because you HAVE done something wrong. I've rarely seen the enforcement team get it wrong.

28 hour profile suspension

But it was a wrongful enforcement, I don't mind if it does take longer than the suspension - it would take a minute for someone to look at my profile to say it's A-ok...

Hello, you can view your ban by logging in at
enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there if eligible. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

IF you believe that you are incorrectly ban you can file a case review with the enforcement team. As part of the case review process you will be required to take a quiz on the code of conduct. If you fail the quiz you will have to wait 24 hours before

I am assuming that your Xbox Live account is suspended (correct me if I'm wrong) because you are posting here and refering to a Gold membership. This is an Xbox Enforcement issue and may be totally unrelated to rewards. For information on a suspension for

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. A common misconception is that a certain number of reports will result in an automatic suspension. According to the myth, even if you haven’t done anything wrong someone can get you suspended by encouraging
players to file many complaints. This is completely untrue.

The Enforcement team will investigate every report and if a suspension is needed, one will be issued. You can find more information on everything Enforcement here :
