XBox Live Enforcement... What a Joke!!!

So I play BO2, my friends and I have noticed A LOT of modders playing... why? Cause XBox Live enforcement doesn't do anything about them... not since Ghost came out, and now they are gearing up for CoD Advanced Warfare.

They might come thru on occasion and give out a 2 week ban for a dirty player card... not as many as they should.

But nothing for people using modded controllers, or lag switches. And the only way someone can so-called connect with them is thru the forums?

OMG what a job, they are never held accountable, they are never questioned, and they get paid for this.... they are a JOKE!!!

One of the rules users agree to in the
Code of Conduct is that they are not going to use someone's intellectual property with out the owner's permission.

"Don’t pirate or use another’s content without permission. For example, don’t:

• Use another’s intellectual property without permission (e.g., copyrights, trade secrets)"

This would include 1980's movie posters as they are not yet in public domain. You'll have to wait 70 years after the creator's death before it will reach public domain.

 

I did not know they get paid, I thought it was volunteer work.

 

Part of their so-called customer service is volunteer true, but the Xbox Live Enforcement team is a team of so-called techs that slither into games and usually just stand there in one spot and glance thru people's player cards, and then give out 2 week emblem
bans. All their names start with XBLPET ****

Granted they do not do their job the way it should be done, and they are the most unprofessional group of people around.

 

I have been playing everyday and agree on the modders. Since i just became an Ambassador and part of the Enforcement United today we will be putting a stop to them. I have seen my share of system hacks and now they will be banned.

Agree. Nothing happens to modders. I had my other account banned in 13 for no apparent reason. No evidence. No NOTHING. Till 12/31/9999. That same day I had a $50 gift card and one year xbl. After I got off I got back on a couple of hours later. What
do I see. I see I am banned till 9999. Once again no evidence. Modders are there untouched but people that literally do nothing...get banned.

 

I two have been band for talking back to people that run their mouth and cheat I report them to xbox and nothing happens but 1 person reports me for standing up for myself and I get band like they pick and choose. They are not consistent if I get band why
don't they band the people I report and I would have never been put in the place to have to speak out in the 1st place if they would do their job. They let people that use mods and aim bots to continue playing no matter if you report them or not. I have had
xbox live since 2006 and never been band until now. They are a joke and need to be fired if they can not do their jobs consistently and in a fair manner. Since 2006 I have reported thousands of players and not one of them has ever been band. So as of today
I will be going to play station and no longer be a part of this cheating system that is unfair to the people that buys their product.

Why doesn't enforcement ban anyone using the Bossam V6 mods? I just played with a guy that the game, bo2, won't even let me report. I filmed the game, should I post it somewhere?

 

Yes they are a joke my account got hacked reset they told me the game is to old they cant do anything about it i pay for a service give it to me then welcome to all the moders with thier god mode grow a pair and clean it up oh no then no one will be playing
and as for getting a com ban inocent untill proven guilty show me the proof send me a recording or the message sick and tired of the one way standard play station here i come 10 years of xbox bye bye

Report/block those doing the cheating. That is the only way to get the information out as the Enforcement Team does not monitor these forums. You might also consider reporting it to the developers/publishers of the game.
