Xbox Live Enforcement Verdict

I'm wondering if anyone knows what can be done if your appeal against an Xbox enforcement suspension is not approved. I received an incredibly vague suspension today saying I posted an inappropriate feed item. I've never posted a single feed post ever since creating this account, so I was unsure where this enforcement action was coming from. I looked around to see if the suspension notice included the post that was reported or under what context the suspension was granted, and I could not find a single thing. I was allowed to appeal, and I mentioned everything I have just previously mentioned here. I looked through my feed and found no posts (because I in fact have never made a post), and I certainly would never have posted something inappropriate or hateful. I asked if I could see the post they suspended me for and asked to appeal the suspension. I received no feedback other than an update on my Xbox Enforcement page saying the appeal was not approved. I know it says that Xbox support cannot do anything regarding the enforcement department, but I called just to see what options I had. The agent just kept repeating that I needed to go to the enforcement website but it's incredibly unhelpful. She did mention that I would be allowed to re-appeal, but I cannot find any mention of that anywhere, and I do not have another appeal option under the suspension. I did not do what the suspension is accusing me of doing, and I don't appreciate that my reputation is negatively affected for something I did not do. Does anyone else have experience dealing with this that might have some insight into what I can do? I don't care about not being able to get on my Xbox and play anything, I just want the suspension history removed from my account because I did not do what I am being accused of, and I want my reputation to reflect that.
