I got communication suspended on 9-28-2017 @ around 4pm because a numb skull teammate was team killing during a match on warzone. Of course I made the mistake and responded back and he reported me. Then I got the suspension from them not even 10 mins after
the message. I was suppose to be able to chat again today, 9-29-2017 @ 8 something PM. I looked on enforcment.xbox and I am still currently not able to chat and my release date is no longer there. So how long is this suspension? Also trolls are looking for
a reaction and I reported the guy twice for his behavior and I am sure nothing happened to him but the enforcement team needs to do a better job with this system thing their running because I shouldn't have to get team killed 3 times, react, then for him to
win and i get suspended or banned. If I leave the game because of trolls too many times consequences will start because I leave matches...... yes I understand I shouldn't have reacted and ignored it. Either way i would like to understand if my report about
the other player was any impact whatsoever and when will i get the communications back.

xbox live support can be pretty useful.. but they will not discuss bans. You need to find a way to get intact with xbox live enforcement team. But if you got console banned, that means you have done something before. And you would see where they would think you are the hacker or "cheater".

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a
Case Review. Not all suspensions are reviewable though, as an example, 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable. However, you can find more
information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the
Code of Conduct or
Microsoft Services Agreement has happened.

One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps
HERE, however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the
Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review.

If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.
