    How the heck do I get in contact with the Enforcement Team? I received a totally unnecessary permanent ban on my other account that the Enforcement Team dont seem to understand??... I just need to talk them 1 on 1 to try and resolve this... This has got
    the be the most frustrating start to a new year ive had.... someone help please

    my xbox got banned

    xbox live support can be pretty useful.. but they will not discuss bans. You need to find a way to get intact with xbox live enforcement team. But if you got console banned, that means you have done something before. And you would see where they would think you are the hacker or "cheater".
