Xbox Live Enforcement Team

I got banned for 2 week on communications the other day so i did a case review and they wont lift the ban. I just don't think its right i have been with Xbox for so long now and now this is making me want to get rid of it now. On top of that
the amount of money and time i have spent of Xbox is so much. So i would just like to say this is some BS for banning me for 2 week on one thing my stupid friend did. So if anyone is reading this then remember if you send one bad message to someone and even
if it wasn't you. YOU WILL GET BANNED FOR 2 WEEKS FOR IT. So i would like some to fix this cause i think its the stupidest thing ever there's hacker and everything and you were about thing as little as this. I think y'all should see who the bad guy is on this.
Cause i don't even work for Xbox and i take care of the hacker for you cause yall take way to long on that stuff but a message y'all hope on that real quick. So I think y'all need to worry about more important things then what someone said in a message.

my xbox got banned

xbox live support can be pretty useful.. but they will not discuss bans. You need to find a way to get intact with xbox live enforcement team. But if you got console banned, that means you have done something before. And you would see where they would think you are the hacker or "cheater".

Did you check your email and make sure you're not the subject of XBOX Live enforcement?

 

You are responsible for your account.

Having an xbox for a certain amount of time does not make you exempt from the rules.

If you encounter someone on live you think is breaking the rules then report them via your console & they will be investigated.

I got banned to there a joke we need to spam Microsoft and demand a number to phone they don't read our complaints and they have no write to ban any one for speaking there mind when your bying a 500 dol Xbox you expect to play with mature ppl not 7 year
old kids if they play with you that's micro sofsts fault not ours and what if I *** you or any one of and got reported for it they would ban me for nothing

 

Actually they have every right to suspend you if you break their ToU/CoC.You agreed to that when you started your account.

Xbox live is for all ages.If you only want to play with mature players then you will have to play in private lobbies with friends or people who are of a similar age.

You won't get a phone number for the enforcement team & you do not get banned for nothing.

How exactly do you know they don't read your complaints?

 

I just got communication banned for no reason and I still trying to get and answer for it. I need to fine out what happen.

 

Can u explain to me how I can get band for something I never do. But one player that I was playing with can talk crap about my dead mother. And I file a complaint before I said anything else and he still can talk and tex. Explain to me that

well its seems like racial slurs do not count as apart of the Microsofts "terms of service" or whatever. two different scumbags droped the n bomb on me. ( yes I reported both of them) only to find out NOTHING happened and that they are still online gaming.
so apparently that word doesn't count. but if I was to use one cus word the "enforcement team" would be all up and down my spine. the system is BROKEN altogether Using that word should be a automatic ban but of course it seems to be ok with microsoft

 

^^ How do you know they weren't issued a suspension? You won't be told the outcome of your reports.

Sometimes you may get a message thanking you if action is taken due to a report you've filed but it's very rare.

Racial slurs are not tolerated on xbox live.Another thing to remember is that reports take time to be investigated so bans/suspensions aren't instant & if someone is reported for "ingame chat" then they have to be caught in the act.

By that, you are inferring that Microsoft engages in actively monitoring/recording private party chat.

If a person is reported for using verbal profanity, then to your point, that's not sufficient reason for limiting communication services/enforcing a ban. Microsoft would then begin listening/recording private party chat to verify that a person is indeed
using cuss words.

But what about the context of the private party chats between friends on Xbox Live, all adults in consenting environments playing adult rated games that use similar language? 99.99% of all adults use cuss words, welcome to reality. So, if no one in your
friends list/private party chat reports you, but a malicious stranger (who you beat in a game) decides to press the 'report' button which then initiates an active monitoring/recording of consensual adult, private conversations that have absolutely nothing
to do with the malicious stranger, then essentially what's happening here is Microsoft (their enforcement team employees) making subjective/judgemental decisions on your account without anyone actually being offended or any proof of abuse. The definition of
this word infers that the abused party be present and actively involved in the communication - if a party is secretly (wire tapping, a federal law) monitoring a private conversation, then they must remain impartial and be sure that the included members of
that private communication are actually being abused and there's clear evidence that an individual is under some sort of verbal duress.

Hope that's clear enough for you to see a rather huge invasion of privacy, all potentially initiated by some immature, malicious individual who has never actually entered in to any communication with the person who they reported.

Doesn't matter what the age rating on a game is,that rating does not apply to xbox live so your behaviour must be suitable for all ages.
