Xbox Live Enforcement Team

Hello Xbox Team on July 19th of 2018 my account on Xbox got PERMANENTLY Banned from xbox live. It apparently says I was involved in sexual stuff or engaged with porn realated stuff.??? Xbox im willing to give you my account and password to prove i didnt
do such acts. This is fraud and is frightening to even be accused of such acts. Yes i contacted my lawyer about this and is aloud to take this to court but xbox I DO NOT want to do this. I want to enjoy my games i bought because ive spent thousands of dollars
on that account. What really happened is that when i was in a call of duty game exactly the day before i got banned. i was masters prestige and killing everyone and they wore mad i was good. So these guys litterly said this "everyone report his account for
****". It was then i realized i new his friends who said the same thing and did the same thing. They also went on YouTube and saw the video how to ban others from xbox live. Xbox Enforcement Team i understand that if you cheat in games you deserve a permanent
ban but im clean and i have no problem giving you access to my account. Permanently banning me is like having a life sentence. Im a friendly person and if you go through my purchases i buy hundreds of dollars worth of gifts to give people because i like to

my xbox got banned

xbox live support can be pretty useful.. but they will not discuss bans. You need to find a way to get intact with xbox live enforcement team. But if you got console banned, that means you have done something before. And you would see where they would think you are the hacker or "cheater".

Did you check your email and make sure you're not the subject of XBOX Live enforcement?

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums. To see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com

 

thanks for responding but honestly that does and did nothing. xbox should and im sure there able to contact the Enforcement Team. Even the police has contact with headmasters known as the FBI

 

Sorry, but submitting a case review is the only way to contact them and possibly have the ban lifted. If you already submitted a review and they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

 

As a xbox Abassador thats the worst thing you can do. You Xbox should be able to contact them You xbox should start looking at YouTube videos seeing people get banned and you loosing people. You xbox should start seeing why the ps4 is and still is selling
more consoles then the xbox. and main reason is that the YouTube videos who get thousands of views. they share that they got banned for absolutely no reason and those thousands of views are kids who dont want that to happen to them. so what do they do? they
buy the ps4

As an Ambassador that is all we can do. There may be people out there saying they got banned for no reason, but that is not true. The enforcement team does not ban for no reason. They investigate every complaint they receive and will only issue a ban if
they determine you have done something to violate the code of conduct. You can be reported a million times and not receive a ban as long as you haven't done anything to violate the rules.

PS4 pretty much has the same rules Xbox does.

 

Smwutches man that isnt true Ps4 doesn't care if u trash talk in games they wont suspend or ban for that. and i truly did nothing wrong to violate the rules.I respect them. and getting Permanently banned is insane.

is there anything we can do? the real people are the guys who forced us to report him and do it in a. professional way. we are sorry but he honestly doesn't deserve to be banned.

 

its ok. i just. wish you wouldnt have believed they wore hackers. they cant make you do stuff. you shouldve reported and blocked them.

 

Xbox Ambassadors are not Microsoft Employees. We are Regular gamers just like you who Volunteer our time to try and help fellow gamers and explain how things at xbox work.

Yes being a part of the Ambassador program they give us little guides on how things work but we have no access to your account information, have no access to directly contact xbox support or enforcement.

Even xbox support does not have a direct way to contact the enforcement team they will tell you the same thing that Smwutches has told you the ONLY way to contact the enforcement team is through the case review process on their website and that they do not
give out any suspension including permanent ones without there being some sort of violation of the code of conduct.

at least with MS they give you a chance to appeal your suspension through the case review process where PS once your suspended there is no way to appeal it.

 

Actually the online service rules are the same. If you sign for a service you accept the rules and regulations that come with it
