my xbox got banned

xbox live support can be pretty useful.. but they will not discuss bans. You need to find a way to get intact with xbox live enforcement team. But if you got console banned, that means you have done something before. And you would see where they would think you are the hacker or "cheater".

 

Can't sign in to XBL

Did you check your email and make sure you're not the subject of XBOX Live enforcement?

First, I advise contacting Customer Service to Resolve the Issue.

If you've already done so and feel the reply is unfair, you may file a dispute with Microsoft to be reinstated. This dispute may take a month or two to resolve but there are members using "other" Microsoft Services
which have reported that they were reinstated with the account intact (as it was prior to the termination).

Microsoft Services Agreement allows one to do the following. Scroll down to "Binding Arbitration and Class Action
Waiver" terms. See sections B, D, E.

b. Mail a Notice of Dispute First. If you have a dispute and our customer service representatives can’t resolve it, send a Notice of Dispute by U.S. Mail to
Microsoft Corporation, ATTN: CELA Arbitration, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, U.S.A. (or to your mobile phone carrier at its principal place of business in the United States marked ATTN: Legal Department). Tell us your
name, address, how to contact you, what the problem is, and what you want. A form is available at
Notice of Dispute | Arbitration & Dispute Resolution. We’ll do the same if we have a dispute with you. After 60 days, you or we may start an arbitration if the
dispute is unresolved.

 

How long does the dispute process take I mailed my letter a few weeks back and no response yet. Any way to contact someone do they can help with it?

It may take 2 months or more. They thoroughly investigate the issue before rendering a judgement.

look at the dates how can get an enforcement for communications 2 times when you can not communicate. they are a JOKE...
