Xbox live enforcement team

i just woke up with an email from Xbox live enforcement team saying something along the lines of "my account is subject to enforcement action blah blah blah reported by other players blah blah blah"

But here's the thing.... I've literally been watching Netflix for the past 2 months and have not played any games online. So who the **** reported me and why the **** is my account "subject to action" and what **** agreement did I break? Please answer that.
What agreement could I POSSIBLY break by watching Netflix? Seriously about to just buy a ps4. So **** tired of dealing with Microsoft ****.

my xbox got banned

xbox live support can be pretty useful.. but they will not discuss bans. You need to find a way to get intact with xbox live enforcement team. But if you got console banned, that means you have done something before. And you would see where they would think you are the hacker or "cheater".

Did you check your email and make sure you're not the subject of XBOX Live enforcement?
