    Your Xbox live enforcement team and procedures are a joke!!! How can you suspend me for using the word fag 1 time when the other party cursed me multiple times with much more severe words. So you guys sit behind a desk and click suspend when you don't actually
    take the time to look in to the communications? Then you leave us high paying customers sitting on our hands waiting to get a response from your stupid forums? You should be ashamed. You guys didn't even give me any opportunity to defend myself instead you
    sign scared behind a desk. A simple phone call could solve a lot but instead you would rather just click suspend, hide at your desk and not have to deal with the situation

    Meaningless Suspension

    Meh, 99.9% of the time suspensions are given because you HAVE done something wrong. I've rarely seen the enforcement team get it wrong.
