    I received a communication suspension for 2 weeks yesterday and it is absolute bs. I have said nothing bad or anything after my last suspension. I legit said “gg” to a guy meaning good game while he cursed me out cause I beat him and now I’m suspended. My
    history of suspensions means anyone who doesn’t like me can get me suspended over and over again. The Enforcement team claimed to have reviewed my messages, which total bs because they would see I haven’t said anything bad or questionable. Then the case review
    is total bs as well. I’m supposed to know all of Xbox’s polices and if I get even 1 question wrong i fail. This is illegal, I’m paying for a service and being denied it with out a proper realistic way to refute the suspension. While there is no email or number
    that can help me fix this issue. In addition like I said before, they stated in the email they reviewed my messages which is a lie . Lying to customers to make them follow with their unfair punishments. It’s ridiculous.

    Now what exactly did I post , that was considered "offensive" who in the heck knows? Talk about a load of puppy poop. Now why am I so upset? It's because I was considering becoming an Xbox ambassador ? But that is no longer the caseXbox Live Enforcement team is BS :( Now the thing that
    , really makes me mad " I could chew nails" I am not able to even dispute this? And the advise I was given by one support member , was to start all over with a new Xbox ID and say goodbye to everything on this account. And I am actually considering doing
    it? Cause this is complete bs. I am of the "mind" to intentionally , post offensive stuff and get my account banned. And then completely circumvent the ban. Your not able to contract the enforcement team? Believe you me, I would give the an earful. I hate
    the fact it's like your "permanent" record" in school. You can't even get off for "good behavior" that's fine . I plan on filing a complaint with BBB and writing the nastiest write up on my website and letting my many followers read it. Because Xbox this,

    or you simply don't understand the systen

    You do realize you don't actually know if that is what got you in trouble right? It could be been weeks or a couple months agk

    And no they don'ttell you what msf they reviewed or confirm if that was even the msg

    You do realize it's all about privacy right you don't get told who or what incident got you in trouble this prevents retailiatation

    The questionnaire it's pretty simple it's moral choices how hard is it to answer morally right and wrong anssers common man use common sense

  5. I still didn’t say anything bad to anyone , I rarely join parties as well. Also in the email they said and I quote “ After reviewing any complaints and other available evidence, the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team determined
    that a violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement occurred and enacted the appropriate enforcement”. Which is total bs , all someone did is report me when I never did anything also. They ask you stupid questions. One of the questions was it’s ok to have
    a purple avatar, thinking ok yea having a avatar with purple is fine. But no, they ment I totally purple avatar, so I got it wrong resulting in a failed test.

    You can view your ban at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review if eligible. The enforcement team does not use these forums. That website is the only place to contact them.

    My account have been permanently suspended for no reason.

    Thank you for your "help" and please excluse my language but this is complete BS! i got suspended for absolutely nothing! This could happend to anyone who could have spent thousands Of dollars on their account and one day they just wake up and it's banned and they can't do nothing about it! Xbox enforcement team is total complete BS!!
