Xbox Live Enforcement Team has serious flaws.

I have been trying to contact any member from the Xbox enforcement team for five consecutive days now and have found it impossible to contact them. The only possible way to contact ANY enforcement team member is through appeals from account suspensions and/or
bans. I have recently been suspended for cheating for reasons I do not know why. I have contacted Xbox support in hopes of finding more information but failed to receive any. I have spoken to multiple managers and the best answer I have received, and I quote,
"you were most likely too good at a game and got reported too many times". I do not have any third party softwares to give me an edge, instead I spend money on XO Stealth headphones and an Xbox one elite controller (to my knowledge this is not cheating). When
I submitted my appeal the only response I received was was a "decision upheld" and a copy and paste response of the variables for cheating from Xbox enforcement team member XBLPET Zulu. I want to understand what I did that was consciously deemed as "cheating"
to prevent this from ever happening again. I have thousands of dollars of content on my xbox over the past many years of being a loyal Xbox member and do not wish to lose it. I am not concerned with the suspension itself but rather how i ended up being labeled
as a cheater even after an appeal. Xbox enforcement team listens and acts upon the cries and complaints of those who report people but does not give the same respect to those they punish. I am practically being bullied by an unreachable enforcement team with
no chance at explaining (in detail) my issues and questions. I can only hope that any member from the enforcement team sees my post and takes the time to read my situation, hopefully then I will be able to receive some much needed answers. I have even emailed
a xbox manager with hopes of scheduling a meeting with someone in power at their HQ in Washington to voice my opinion/thoughts but have not received a reply after two separate emails. If the problem persists and I do eventually get banned perhaps years from
now for having two "cheating" complaints I do not know how else to proceed to get answers or even at the least a reply other than from sending a attorney's letter mailed to the Microst front desk, as a loyal customer I do not appreciate being bullied out of
my money and time.

I tooo like to make fun of MLG, but that don't change the fact that the game has some serious flaws.

Funny video....changes pre order to Max Payne 3. This game has some serious fundamental design flaws unfortunately to many to fix before launch.

 

The only method to contact enforcement is via https://enforcement.xbox.com/. No-one here can do anything enforcement related.

Modding and boosting are not approved activities and being a member of a club that promotes this may be a possible cause for the attention.

 

Thank you so much @AnOldFreak for taking the time to read/reply with the helpful insight on why/how I got suspended. This is actually extremely helpful for I am apart of a boosting borderlands 2 360 group (due to the high population of people on the club yet
low amount of people playing the game) where I help people become OP8 legitimately but quickly. I'll take your advice and refrain from participating and posting in the club. Thank you again @AnOldFreak, I sincerely appreciate it.
